I love NEX-7 because

#1. hand grip. just nice with palm. I can control all the function by 1 hand (AF mode). SEL18200 is big and heavy lens, but with NEX-7, takde masalah langsung. smile.gif

chuchow: That is the HVL-F20AM, the Sony Alpha iISO hotshoe (forgot their own name for the accessory shoe.)

The HVL-F20S is for the NEX-3/C3/5/5N on the Smart Accessory Terminal, I think.

hisel:

All the Sony Alpha flashes that can mount on a regular Sony Alpha-mount dSLR/SLT can also mount on the NEX-7.

The F43/F58/F20 can also be used as a Sony Alpha-protocol wireless trigger.

Guys, need your opinion... For macro photography, will LED lighting (continuous) be suitable? Or am I better off with a flash? hmm.gif

Thinking of getting:
LED light (can also use as torchlight during power outage laugh.gif )

Or maybe macro ring light...

But definitely getting this IR remote because it's too darn cheap tongue.gif

i wonder why our Sony Malaysia's price has such a great difference compare to the US.
the normal Nex kit is about the same, even cheaper than US but when it comes to lenses and Nex-7, we have to pay so much more
I had it and ordered the SEL50f18 from US instead. Even after paying for UPS shipping, its still going to be cheaper than local stores mad.gif

if your lens no issue, you save and safe! if not, you lose more. but seriously, US price very attractive, i saw 5d2 for $1999, can see cannot eat
