i think the proper setup is using "wifi direct" instead of "wifi hotspot". try it, let us know if it works wink.gif

it worked on when i connect my iphone to the 5r. must use the sony playmemories apps. not "sony playmemories online" apps.

activate the wifi direct feature in the 5r, then connect to the wifi as usual in iphone settings menu using the password provided by the 5r. after that go the newly installed Playmemories apps & wallah you good to go
