My bf trains in the same gym as we do, just at different and very irregular times. Furthermore we train very differently and have different principles. Thats why we don't train together. We weren't even signed up in the same gym until recently.

you got bigger?

tbh, it's hard to judge since your bf% is on the high side.

You've gained some mass. Overall. But you might have taken bulking too aggressively. No worries you've got a decent base there. Just watch the cals.

You cannot use arm size as an indicator for a successful bulk. You use the mirror. Not saying you alone but one cannot flex fat. For example a 16 inch arm ripped and muscular is better than an 18 inch arm.which when one flexes, nothing shows. Don't be disheartened. These are bad habits you should Ger rid of when gauging your bulking progress.

You have a good side profile. Shoulders and arms are.solid. Back kinda.thick. I assume you do quite a bit of rowing and deadlifts. You just need to trim bodyfat, bring chest up a bit more. Means don't go crazy doing.too much on chest. More is not necessarily better.
