April would mark my 5th month working out, thus here is my 4 months progress pics. Standing at 178cm n weight around 73-75kg. Started around 58-60kg.

Thanks bro....Started by doing the 3 days full body workout to get d hang of things. That took a couple of months. Then i started doing 5 days split with main body worked at d starting of each week (chest back legs on mon tues wed) and arms+shoulders on friday n saturday. My class schedule has been kind to me this semester, more time to train biggrin.gif
