Dude youve been around for quite long I think, and imo other than your arms I cant see much progress. Whats your workout and diet like and how long have you been seriously training?

@TechnoG i dont remember your previous pic, so gonna judge on current pic

still high bf, u have alot of skinny fat, watch your diet
it's hard to judge everything else, mayb there's improvement from your before progress, but current pic shows alot more work to b done...

not really that long. hmm.gif around 9 or 8 months I think, but I must admit that I have been slacking off lately for around 2 months..sorta lost motivation. sad.gif

my diet is pretty screwed up. I come from a family that doesn't cook so good food is hard to come by, cant really spend much money buying food too cos am still a student.
I workout 4 days or 5 days a week, Thurs and Sun is off day. biggrin.gif

Y need to increase waist size?? If u have low body fat, waist size the smaller the better right.

If wan increase size, very easy, let said from 28" to 34", u just need to eat accessive calories.. brows.gif mean gain fat to increase waist size...

to be honest, it doesnt seem you got that much bigger. 20+lbs should make you look ALOT bigger than that.





and you're not 5%.

don't b too harsh on him. I think he has progressed ok. as for 5% bf, I don't think so too. but can only truly judge without shirt.
