This was just last week

On biceps January 20th

Last 2 days.

I started lifting 5kgs like just 1-2 weeks then straight good diet i lift 7.5kg on bench press , dumbbell 5kg start then 7.5kg then back to 5kg.
I always eat huge breakfast only hitting the gym but since starting school my diet slack off by half i think is a very bad excuse for me though

battle in my mind
i gain lose till 58kg and i gain back some last week. But my strength guys does not looks improving, i lift 10kg these month only 5reps 5reps, compare to 7.5kg i could 10reps. felt my strength not gaining. At first i thought lacking energy? So i was super strict on my diet today since it was gym day, carbs carbs for before gym and is the same @@ the strength was not oomph like that.
I maybe still look thin but alot my friends compliment me getting fat and bigger since starting school, which is some motivation for me lah, since to their mind i was the small skinny fella.
I going to buy supplements for the first time via online, what is recommended?
