Guys i kinda confuse now, if i taking supplements should i take the gaining mass or muscle building supplements whey those. ._. Since bulking requires mass right? but now i'm 57kg on 165cm. Advice please

Got difference? Been bulking up for a year last 3months only clean bulk thou. Alot says i'm buffer since starting school, tummy reduce very little only ._.
Gonna take supplements after CNY? Any reco for my body condition now? Use to be real skinny tongue.gif

Yes my diet, can't do much bout it i'm 16 this year. Honestly i also don't see much difference but i from 56 to 60kg just few days back i weighted ._.
Hitting the gym twice per week only Friday and saturday. So i know my diet sucks my workout routine also sucks sad.gif But after buying supplements i thinking go a gym much further from my house lah. any reco on supplement?

Yeah alot people say i got bigger. About the programmes Not really, i hit shoulders and chest and biceps on friday and abs and legs on saturday. cardio on wednesday for school sports only that's all during work out day i eat alot of course. Should i take serious mass or whey .

Guys when do you guys know to stop bulking? I"m pretty confuse here. Back then i show ribs in my chest forearm small like hell wear S loose loose also. Now i sudden increase of weight and bodyfat plus could wear S tightly and M semi fit also i dont have a back then progress pic since i was 15 but i really do gain alot of weight so should i continue bulking but this time CLEAN bulk rather than dirty bulk? Having suddenly tummy fat and shows little bit of muscle since i go to the gym demotivates me thou ._.
16years old 165cm 59.7kg

I started lifting 5kgs like just 1-2 weeks then straight good diet i lift 7.5kg on bench press , dumbbell 5kg start then 7.5kg then back to 5kg.

I always eat huge breakfast only hitting the gym but since starting school my diet slack off by half i think is a very bad excuse for me though sad.gif battle in my mind
i gain lose till 58kg and i gain back some last week. But my strength guys does not looks improving, i lift 10kg these month only 5reps 5reps, compare to 7.5kg i could 10reps. felt my strength not gaining. At first i thought lacking energy? So i was super strict on my diet today since it was gym day, carbs carbs for before gym and is the same @@ the strength was not oomph like that.

I maybe still look thin but alot my friends compliment me getting fat and bigger since starting school, which is some motivation for me lah, since to their mind i was the small skinny fella.

I going to buy supplements for the first time via online, what is recommended?
