Ahaha thanks mate. That's affirmative Bench press 100kg barbell with a smooth 5 reps and I just recently hit 110kg with a 2 rep.
Current deadlift has increased from 160kg to 190kg recently using straps of course.
Shoulder press currently on the 75 lbs dumbbell sticking with 8 reps per set.
Leg Press 310kg max with 8 reps.
Squats have been incorporated into my workout on a regular basis finally last Dec 2012. I go for smooth 100kg and 130kg for 1RM. It's low I know, but I felt pretty good considering I finally have squats officially in my workout.
Shrugs are on 180kg max.
