Is the bench 345lb x 5 was done at 155lb? Just curious..saw your video in youtube duin 345lb x 6 reps bench..

Taking whey protein only Pro-Antium for 2 months. Still having problem on clean eating tho

I noticed many hit gym esp these days, could be due to New Year Resolution, but guys.. Gym-ing should be part of live, not "hit & run". Patience, perseverance, determination, discipline, commitment must be all there. Start it right, do it right, you will be on the right track smile.gif All the best and stay healthy fit & lean.. smile.gif

Since a few days ago started push myself to do 100 empty squat (ketuk ketampi) and 100 crunches before bed as my preparation before returning back to gym (will be in 2 weeks if all is well).

Taking advantage of the weight drop to work more on abs.

On a side note notice that I can already perform some light pushups. Recovering well yay!

That's good man. Don't push yourself too much ok. Remember, it's better to not be able to go to the gym for 6 months rather than a lifetime.
