I think your form's fine, man. Though I wanna get your opinion on side laterals. I read somewhere that leaning forward slightly or having your chest supported on a high incline bench while doing the raises recruits the medial delts more, but obviously less weight can be used. Thoughts?

I did lateral raises with dumbbells both chest supported and unsupported, I couldn't feel much difference except the chest supported ones were obviously harder and I had to drop the weight. laugh.gif

Though, I've moved on to cable lateral raises now. I feel I get a better contraction with them.

I'll agree with lacking cuts. laugh.gif Gained a bit of fat while bulking but nothing too serious, I think. Abs still visible so I'll use that as a marker. LOL

I've never been below 10% myself, but from what I read of the accounts of some competing fitness people and bodybuilders is that it gets harder the lower you go.

Damn, had a little too much to drink the other day, 3 days later and I've lost 4kg and half an inch on both arms. Resolution for this year is gonna be to go easy on the alcohol or even not drink if I can help it. Seeing how it kills progress and leaves me feeling like shit afterwards. laugh.gif At least this'll be a starting point for this year. doh.gif
