Thank you. No rowing. Lol. Cos I hate rowing and the strain from the 2 lower back surgeries will always be there. Plus my 2 fractured wrists from my teen years. So at certain angles of benching, and rowing it hurts like f***. Actually I wanted to take off my shirt but then my training partner Lady Vanity is female and she was the only one available to help me take pics. So I had to do it at the gym area itself in a secluded corner.

Im new in this thread... but here is some changes of myself.

Started gym MARCH 2012. commited for 4 months++... hardgainer. Did not take ANY supplement... only eat clean, eat bulk and train hard. After 4 month of too little result. I stop gym and start on P90x. Finished phase 1... now still ongoing phase 2... as hardgainer... i eat clean and high protein but never took any supplement... This is my result,.

Still working hard. Weight +4kg~ but fat is reducing... eventhou im thin and underweight.. but i have high fat contain... now, getting better... and never stop ripping.

P/s: u must be wondering what is the "red" tattoo there... its a Dragon tattoo (natural version) XD... birthmark.

I thought you have broken bone also same like emino. So, how's the damage? Gonna see a huge dip in performance in gym no?

not sure....its only been 1 week. i cannot lift anything heaver than 2kg until 3rd weeks lol.
i cant move the arm to up or external rotation, only internal. i supposed to wear slings

Sorry to hear about that, mate. I guess, janson was asking how did got the tear there?

Looks like, next time for competition, you have to ave deep tan inorder to cover your surgery marks, until the skin surface marks fully disappears.

You take care now, dont be hero till it recovers tongue.gif ; since you know the healing process way too well.

its old injury i dont even know how it happened? its been 3-4 years ive experiencing the pain
probably progressing on BP too fast or maybe flare too much, or extreme angles on the dips? hell i dont know

It's the damn dips. It's a shoulder killer. I stopped at 4 plates. I will never go heavy again. My old mentor screwed up his rotator cuff on weighted dips 5 plates x 3. He can never incline bb bench press anymore for the rest of his life.

about 4 years back i think?
pain in the joint, less mobility etc.....i only do it now because my place dont have MRi facility and the surgery cost a bomb. Only done it after i got my insurance hehe tongue.gif
