The worst part... when I accelerate after I stop at traffic lights it jerks very mildly... it only happen in 1 to 2nd gear if your car cant start and when you press the key to crank and all you hear is -----tskk tskk tskk..then your fuel pump gone. It means your car is trying to start but no fuel going in so how to start? If battery - then just turn on your headlight see bright or weak. If its battery - u cant operate your alarm anyway Dont think your car is brand new meaning fresh from factory. See your shipping slip when your car landed at the port. By the time its at the port > shipping yard > you ..it can take 5-6 months sitting/rotting doing nothing at the store yard |

QUOTE(JAL811 @ Oct 27 2011, 10:10 PM) everytime. but after warm up, you will notice the glow plug "indicator" disappear faster than cold start.QUOTE(rcracer @ Oct 27 2011, 10:18 PM) as far as i know with the new commonrail diesel system, because the pressure is so high and control is so accurate, the glowplugs aren't needed anymore unless the temp drops below -5 degrees. correct. mine doesn't even require to warm up. one crank terus up n go !QUOTE(GVY @ Oct 28 2011, 12:59 AM) I totally agree with you... Or worst the immobilizer activated after a certain time frame making the car unable to start until they deactivated the immobilizer? |

QUOTE(JAL811 @ Oct 28 2011, 07:07 AM) Again - check your shipping slip if your car landed in Msia in Jan 2011 and you got yours in august 2011 - thats more than 6 months. Plus i never trust oil that is put into factory. I dont know for sure 0-10K is SDAC or international standard. Best is to have it changed at 1K mileage for peace of mind. Before you change - DRIVE HARD! |
