I just collected mine today... put on about 120km to the mileage... the first problem I had with this car is I was sneaking out to eat supper while my wife fell asleep... and my wife just called me 5 minutes ago... cause she said she just heard my bus... OMG...

But seems like u already made up your mind why consider? The suspension is slightly stiff bit at high speed its just perfect... Power is unbeatable at 3rd and 4th gear but the starting gear... 1 n 2 I thing its because of the diesel engine its slightly slow...

Frankly speaking... if you don't traveling more then 2k-4k mileage a month... diesel is not efficient for you... because of the high service and road tax charge...

Finally choose the car you want... when you are happy driving it... when the car keep on making u feel like driving it... its always worth it...

Hi, today I just drove my brand new tdci from kl to penang. Plus some work travelling I put on a total of 700++km in 2 days... FC was impressive... I can't imagine quarter tank of diesel can bring me to penang...my previous ride myvi 1.3 need 1 full tank of petrol to do the same job... I was driving 30%city 60%highway 10%at the same spot... and the car still say I can go another 250km... I am not sure if I am heavy footer... but I most of the time I drive at 120kmph where at highway I usually.go 150-160Kmph...

check the battery or glow plug
try to let the engine idle a few seconds before switching off after each drive
try to leave the ignition in "ON" a few sec before cranking the engine
see if any of these helps

Oh he shown me the battery reading for my battery its 14.0 so he said is fine...
And yes I alway sit in the car awhile b4 I turn off the engine b4 I turn off the engine...

And yes I do turn the key to II until the ding ding ding sound goes off b4 I turn to III to crank the engine...

Oh... em... oil pump... O.O serious? Just got my car 3 says wor... only did 800 to the car... omg...

The worst part... when I accelerate after I stop at traffic lights it jerks very mildly...
