•Australian researchers reported in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research that when weight-trained subjects performed incline bench presses, the muscle activity of their upper pecs was only about 5% more than the muscle activity of their upper pecs during the flat bench press.
•Canadian scientists found that when trained lifters did the reverse-grip bench press, the muscle activity of their upper pecs was 30% greater than when they did the bench press with a standard overhand grip.

i usually carb load before working out..

but heavy b4 and heavy after should be the way to go..look at how darklight eats after his workout..lol

impressive poundages..mirin'..my deadlift is like 280 x 6..lol

but.....when u gonna cut brah? unless ur aiming to powerlift then it doesnt apply

had the exact same scenario as u a year ago..STOPPED any curls for about 3-4months...

now its recovered but im sticking to ez bar curls

i found something in google saying when curling with dumbells, when we actually turn out wrist on the way up. it is actually easier on the wrist altough it reduces the pump on the bicep... is it true? coz i dont mind having less pump as long as i can protect my wrist...

it did..so i didint work biceps for the period i rested..just let it recover..as long as ur hitting the weights hard ur arms will grow..i mean biceps are only a small portion of ur arms..dont sweat over it

back from holiday in penang and singapore..i binge ate everyday and when i weigh my self at the gym just now i lost 2kg???

apparently large amounts of char keoy teow, oo cien,curry mee,hokkien mee etc etc etc doesnt make u fat

yup..u can do many arm exercises with the dumbells

also full body movements which will i would recommend rather than direct arm work..depends whats the purpose u wanna strengthen ur arms though

AND

u wont bulk up so easily,dont worry..females do not have as much testosterone as males

lifting girls requires much more muscles than just the arms..

maybe u could get those steel dumbells where u can load the plates on? wont be pretty much useless once u get used to a lighter weight
