That's cos most of your exercises are free weights. I use exclusively machines and weighted bodyweight movements.
*
most of the time i use free weight but i use machine as well, hammer strength machine.

like what i did today..

barbell decline bench
warm up - 15kg each side 2 set 12 reps
work set - 35 kg each side 12 reps
work set - 55 kg each side 6-7 reps 2 set
den cont with db
37.5 kg each side x set , 8 reps

barbell incline bench
2 plates - 2 set, 10 reps
hammer strength 2 plates - 2 set, 6-8 reps

db fly
3 set - 17.5, 20, 22.5 kg 12 reps each set..

cable crossover superset with pullover 3 set

lastly with dip. bt nt weighted dip..

you still can go heavy, just stop one rep from failure. if you're using bars that is. db's usually second last and last set is to failure for me.

this new gym im going is not bad too. one of the regs is a competitive bb'er, and the environment more intense than ff. lotsa heavy weights being moved around.
*
nice~~

i wish to go heavy and push myself bt too bad, im nt that strong.. i alwiz need ppl be ready for me lol... takut mati tongue.gif

Does making whey protein using warm/hot water affect the protein content in it? I have been having oatmeal + whey almost every morning for the past few months.

Mix milk + oatmeal. Microwave for 2 mins. Add in whey, stir and eat.

Some said it does affect, some said no.

Hmmm, so you guys think MSG (Glutamate) is bad? WHich in turn is non-essential amino acids...interesting...you may want to rethink (re-study) on it... biggrin.gif The only thing that is bad on these noodles are the amount of salt (sodium) added to it....

To date, there is no profound scientific study indicating MSG has health concern, recent FDA and FSA study also indicates, there is no significant health hazard, else most of Japanese (one the most healthiest people on earth), would have indicated it rclxms.gif

what i know is there can be no statement that said "No MSG" coz other ingredients will have traces of MSG. "No Added MSG" basically means they didn't add MSG, but that doesn't mean there is no MSG inside.

and i don't think MSG if taken moderately will be bad for the health. smile.gif
anything, like sugar or salt, if abuse of coz will be bad for health.

Me, it is carb cycle right? works pretty well on me thou.

Hey I somehow starts to love that smith machine, giving me pretty good gain on upper chest and shoulder.

Anyway, last night went out for dinner and overheard a silliest conversation between a girl and a guy sitting beside my table, talking loudly. I catch some of the conversation that totally worth a share here:

Girl: When you are fat, you can do gym, the muscle will become one piece (They spoke in mandarin, say something like 会变成一块)and looks ugly.

Boy: Ya, and u need to eat raw meat one wor....

At that point, it enlighten me the question of why are there ppl paying Rm100+ for personal trainer who only ask them to run on the thread mill for half an hour and they are happy with it.
