That commercial for the Orient Fitness. Not to take anything from the guy pushing the weights but getting someone bigger and more muscular would have been more impressive. Doesn't have to be uber huge. But overall a well done commercial.

i tink the video is taken during noon, so no ppl in the gym. If u see a guy in yellow shirt training, he competed few time but now no longer competing. He had a very good physique..

Hopefully they can come out with some big guy around..

I disagree though. From a markting pov, imo its pretty okay to use regular people for commercial shoots. that vid is to attract regular peopl. Using buffed up guys would only scare and intimidate those who never step into a gym before.

Why would they show the lighter dbs instead of the heaviest they have there? And the guy curling?

Experienced lifters are a small percentage of the market that they are aiming for. And I'm sure all the regs here wouldn't be going to the gym just because they have seen the vid. We would most likely have surveyed the area for any gyms available.

Yes! That's him. He still looks good!
That I didn't pry. I mind my own business when it comes to asking about people juicing. I'm still pro natural. If i can get a praise like that from him without any juicing, it's already motivational for me.

I always see him at FF IOIMall mostly in the mornings.

Not bad for a kid. Don't you wish you're even close to his strength despite you training specifically for it and a kid training bodybuilder style kicks yours? tongue.gif

Lol i don't think so. My kids will be good at eating and staying lean at the same time. The kid in the vid is a genetic freak.

Try asking the rest. I'm not an expert in cutting. Chrisgirl might give you tips.
