I have not come across any LRT-condo project that has a walk way connecting to LRT station. Not even in KLCC area. Indeed if this is a true, then truly this will be Melati E's first great condo project that will be talked about for years...

wonder if the walk way covered?? any lamp post??? got photos?

there is another project called the Establishment in brickfields/bangsar - developer is also going to build a covered walkway to connect to bangsar lrt..

if melati ehsan provide a walkway - kudos to the developer..

By the way, are they supposed to plant some greens on every floors, the wall part at the door entrance walking path which is facing towards Pandan Perdana.

i ask him whether the ceiling will get watermarks or not
the manager told me all the wall frames were done using aluminium and not wood, he comfirm 100% won't have watermarks on ceiling

according to the bayu staff they are building townhouses.
