the loji is quite a small one and the lower floors on block A will get a view and also smell it.
For sure Block C will not be impacted . |

could be that the newly launched KL financial centre will provide a catalyst to this development I reckon... moreover its so near to KLCC as well.. but dont think the buyers will sell now since they just bought it like few months ago..some more with dibs |

the big selling point for this is the walking distance to the LRT ..
and its very near to KLCC and the TRX exchange price - less than RM500 psf.. demand for rental will be high of cuz not saying its perfect..there are cons too but personally, find the pros are overiding.. |

I have fren who is living opposite facing at the train track, the sound is very minima as the train is running in low speed due to both station are being built closely. Plus your balcony will be facing another side, i bet u barely will hear the sound at all. Some might complain, the area still looks kinda rural with old flat and shops. But if you look at it positively, this is where the ppl being offered with reasonable price on the foods and groceries expenses. In this particular area, it is the only the apartment we can find hence it has less competition from other development. You may also consider to look at G Residence, Shamelin star, and Amaya as comparison. as for axis atrium - i was told that axis residence will be vped in a few months - yes, buyers are still sceptical and no wonder as it has been postponed so many times that people are giving up..the mall is undergoing a major refurbishment so hopefully, it will take off.. |

the MAIN pro of this condo is definitely location location location - meaning its close proximity to the city centre and walking distance to lrt..like LRT is just on the doorstep.. its close to other amenities and its situated in a quite mature neighbourhood .. anyone knows when this will be completed? subsale ada jalan already ke? |

hi totally agree with you..people should not be defined by where they stay for crying out loud ..ultra shallow thinking..
anyway coming back to this bayu - as with any development none is 100% perfect and bayu is for sure not but i like the location , nearby amenities and public transportation . So to me the positives surpasses all the negativity of this development with regards to noise, surrounding flats etc.. Once Velocity is ready and ikea is up and running this will give Bayu another boost in demand.. this Bayu reminds me of titiwangsa sentral which is surrounded by stalls, old shops, bus depot, hospital, and foreign workers etc..but it was very well received This post has been edited by nookie188: Aug 30 2014, 09:54 AM |
