crowded ppl at there...like previous amara project..selling like hot cakes..500k is not a problem for the aunty...

the land at there...hmmm...i cannot say anything but i wont splash 500k in this area..dun tot u r staying in PJ...oh ya..i mean petaling jaya...not pandan jaya tongue.gif

is it including everything for maintenance fees? so i assumed it is around 210...

but this is juz 2 tier security provided...

no offence..just my own opinion...

but 2 points i like bayu is lrt n near to BTS (KL city) smile.gif

According I checked another NEW property at OUG & Klang Lama, atleast 0.22 for 4 tiers. We need the latest property comparision not the pass or completed. Their expected for future in 3years later.

BTW, if there can revised to 0.18 is good news to me also.  biggrin.gif

Anyway, all are estimated, the real will decide after completed with CF.

there is no space but previously do u ever think that this land going to build apt? no right? no one can guess that this piece of land can build apt..so there is space for us to build..just that we not able to c it for the time being smile.gif

axis look fine for me..around 400k++ with good location and almost same size...behind got lrt n got oldtown, tutti fruti, kfc ect...
but recently still doing very slow..from wht i understand..there is problem at car park there bcoz few floors got cracked already doh.gif doh.gif u can c it very clearly if u passby mrr2

yup...is very good and strategic location but design spoil it...i still rmbr when d time i went to the showroom, i was lik doh.gif it looks so 'old' condo

If not mistaken, this is your company first condo project, and we hope it won't turn out bad that will jeopardize your developer's reputation or image.

2. The staircase is not covered or shielded? Then rain drops will seep into the staircase and water will flow to the units beside the staircase, right?
Looking back at your artist impression in brochure and model in your showroom, it is well covered, right?

3. Lease extension? Is there any updates on the application of lease extension? As we were told by Kim Realty agents during our purchase that the developer was applying and chances of getting back to 99 years of lease are high.

4. We also like to voice our concern on whether residents in the low cost flats beside will walk in to use the common facilities like swimming pool and gym as they like. Can you as the developer make your project more appealing by install a few CCTV at the guard house? which it won't cost much and is additional features or bonus for purchasers to cheer about during vacant possessions.

I think some of the purchasers will also be contacting you or your management in regards to the above matters.

Exactly..the staircase not covered n very dangerous..a young kid age 5 can easily climb up n might fall down...

Like other people mentioned..it is low cost condo with leasehold but good location n got lrt...
