i look at axis residence abit further up rental around 1.8k-2k for 2+1 bedders

studios going for 1.5k-1.8k hmm.gif hmm.gif

quite hit by the bad economy lorr..huhu

Small stable family will consider. Its quite high but it's maybe the right price. Quite out of budget for new parent/married with or w/o child.

anyway my agent just inform me that market rental rate fot Elements Ampang studio oso 1.7k-1.8k..lol

Indah Cempaka is older, low rise apartment next to LRT Cempaka track...

I'm not the owner but this place is bad. Already in Grab drivers ban list. Season drivers will not accept any pick up from this place.
Using local guards and pemalas like anything. They just sit inside the aircon room goyang kaki. Can you believe that? Such guards should be fired immediately. You need to pay a visit to the place to know why.

And most owners rented out to the nearby college students. They couldnt be bother on the maintenance of the place as long as monthly receiving rental income should be sufficient.

Nope. Is very easy to enter. Just that you need to approach the guard, not the other way round.
Nothing to do with tight security coz hard to enter. Nah.
You need to visit to experience yourself.

Maintenance definitely poor.

monthly fee is around RM300+..

so far the security has improved quite a bit with new management company that started work about a year ago..
