The area that you highlight is indeed the wall of the of master bedroom of the cornet unit.     sure they will wall up la.... As in the facade of the stair case, there seems to be some coverage... Neway Its an extremely low dense property with single row concept with no sharing of lobby with any neightbour directly opposite the entrance of each unit.     so i guest the staircase may be visible but surely will wall up with glass panel to avoid rain seeping into staircase.
