I had rent out my unit by room.
My tenent told me they saw cobra near to the swimming pool area.

I inform the contractor people, they told me there are two in that hindu temple. But they don't dare to clear the hindu temple illegal extension.

The current rental rate advertised is higher than dutamas condo rate which is in mont kiara neighbourhood. Really can fetch that rate?

aiya... the big trees in front of the entry gate and the walkway to LRT station need to be felled. At night time the bi tree blocked the street light and the walkway is very dark. Some more they are putting up cover over the walkway and eventually it will make it even darker. Semakinlah gelap tu.

Yeah, went there and saw the fence last weekend. Pleasantly surprised.

Also could be improved, draw a few car parks in front of the Guard House so visitors can park there to get a pass and not block residents access card driving their car in.
