who got buy the bayu units ? i am know it got a free samsung galaxy tab and 5% discount.
Can someone tell me other than that , what is the thing offer by bayu ?
I went to bayu office yesterday , it was very hot sales.

Ooo.. really , it need to get loan approved within 30 days then offer the S&P lawyer fee free, right ?
How about the bank loan lawyer fee ? it was not free , right ...

It will going have lot new shopping center like sunway velocity and Ikea and Ikano going to develop. If new house build there is around 700k for 1000 square fit. Isn't the bayu price still acceptable. As I know the security and facility and maintenance was important. Hope bayu can do well on this

Yes, majority 2 point near lrt & k.l.

But i bought it concern have good viewing point. Mind at corner unit have 3-viewpoint which is frontage, rear view & corner endlot. Also have facilities for mum to wet market, restaurant, bank, mamak stall & many. Also less 200m to bus stop. Each unit have 2 carpark. For more than that can park beside lrt station or near shophouse.

Still think expensive, then better go wisma mca take the form apply 1malaysia house scheme lah.

Corner unit have 3 view ? i am just know the front can view the pandan indah area , rear can view KLCC , corner unit got side view ?
Are you sure corner unit will have another side window ?

Not that understand....

Nolar ,it have playgrand , gyn and swimming pool.

Any where kampung pandan , maluri and cheras. I didnt see got any side have free space to build house.
As i know few project going to refresh cheras.... How you think the price the of new house after developer refresh the area . i will involve the cost of request the old resident to move , right ?

As for the new contruction with around 1100 square fit around kampung pandan , maluri and pandan jaya , what is the price ?
I really wonder to know .

As amaya maluri with area 1050 square fit more than 600k now , right ?

Dun say sunway velocity , it is 800k with less than 1000 square fit...

I try call directly ask about endlot have extra sideview or not since it is extra RM10K. But seems the developer cannot confirmed this issued yet and have to check with architectural again. Maybe we can comment anything to them hopefully could help them upgrade or revised the new plan.

According developer has selling point to do so which all block atleast 2 viewing point the higher level without blocking. Normally, those house will facing door to door entrance where we call it the unit facing front pool or facing back pool.

I can say Bayu very simple concept compare others but worth it is 1 building all facing KLCC + rearview MRR2/Bkt Jalil good winding. Next to LRT and 5KM radius from KLCC.  biggrin.gif

I saw advertisement Altitude 236 at Alam Damai Cheras for condo unit. The price RM600/sqft(min). This project under IJM it's reliable developer, but location not my favor. Everytime pass-by was jam at the Desa Tun Razak traffic light. But will suitable for whom are working to Subang/Shah Alam area.

At first day, I ordered 2 unit at bayu , is no need bring a chair at the sale office. Now The floor plan haven't conclude. Hope developer able provide quality service

Yes, i hope developer will upgrade the service while we gave more comment. Anyway, how come floor plan not confirmed? I though the broucher confirmed the floor plan.

You can make a call to comment, if you think was right. I only waiting good news if corner extra window. Or tell him give extra built-up. Otherwise no meaning extra rm10k for corner. Agent said corner more privacy, no many pass-by from corner. Funny, each level only 8 unit & side by side only 4 unit dont think many ppl pass by even like intermediate. Somemore corner have staircase should many kids to play around make noisy. smile.gif

I means the unit floor plan is conclude , but the total design of the bayu not conclude yet, it only finalize early of 2012 , example: where is Multi purpose hall, it may have second exit for bayu as well. As i am prefer the each level design with glass instead of use devider. Using window glass can minimize the noise.

AHken, i am only interest on the sales price of block A , becuase i already book for blk B.

Erm , what i thinking is , if let say your salary is RM4000 now , but you need pay RM2500 for house. It should not good.

But , every new building may use 3 years to complete. Take it as challenge make sure your salary is increase at least 20 percent within 3 years. ...

3 years is long time of period. should have sufficient time for planning.

New development at pandan jaya also quite pricey. I am wonder if taman maluri got new launch it will expensive than pandan jaya.
Because of the coming development of cochrane and jalan peel. I believe it may rm650 Psf

Now is not really up yet. Because not really yet can see the actual. Wait all the big player start job. If it was successful . I believe it will transform that area to another stage . Still need time. Another 3 years. U can know that is success or not. So now u buy properties at that area is a bet. But think price not go down is only how many percent the property price can up
