I am one of the last buyers for Phase 1 so I did not know any issue prior relating the guard house. But seriously, it doesnt add up.. From my reading here, they've built a small one first.. after that, they extended it and made it bigger. Now they demolished it? And they say its due to Indah Water line running below? Just doesnt make sense.. Smell something fishy here.. |

Last month i tried to get into phase 1 area to have a look. But the entrance was blocked and the sales officer said cant go in for this moment until after i get my house key.. How come u guys can get inside?

i just talk to the guard and he let me through. Didn't even when go to the sales office
