Hai, just booked MS phase 2 last week for own stay @ rm618,800. May i know how much this property when 1 launch for phase 2? They offer me 7% dis + mot+loan+ Spa + 1 year mtnc fee....

Actually now i stay @ tun perak, near tesco rawang. Now thinking for upgrade........so far rawang life is very good, after 7 year travel kl-rawang, actually it no so far especialy after the upgraded tampler road

How much the price for phase 2 and 3 now?
I'm going to sign snp this weekend.
Anybody here take hong leong bank loan?
Which one better mrta vs mlta for own stay? Any advice?

I got 2 offer, HLB (blr-2.4) and RHB (blr-2.45)

RHB is compulsory to take the mrta with them if not the interest become same blr-2.4
I got 90% margin for both.

After all the consideration, i choose HLB n planning to take MLTA

If want use Latar to kl, u still need conect back with NKVE....

Latar will end at templer park, and from there it will take 30min to kl w/out jamm....

I think 15 min is from m residence to latar highway thru tasik putri (about 10km)which not yet construct....

~ Glomac through its Saujana Rawang (Residential) is completing developing its 345 acres of land, about 2.5km from Jusco.

~ Puteri heights about 2.5km away from Jusco, UNKNOWN acres of land, there are also new boutique developments coming up recently, namely the 3 storey Semi Ds by Lowyat group, Saffron are also fully sold few months back, at that time about 900k, heard their next boutique development launch will be at least 1.2m/1.3m

~ AP Land/ Lowyat group about 3.5km away from Jusco - Bandar Tasik Puteri 2670 acres of land.

Yesterday collected my SNP.
The SA told me the show house will be ready sometime August.
Phase 2 still left few units and phase 3 a few unit only have booking.
Wondering whether the take up rate ok or normal? I feel like no so aggressive.

I'm one of Malay buyer. I did asked Mahsing SA, Malay is about 10 ~15% only. I think the big factor is due to price and the other thing is no mosque in the propose layout.
