Last month i tried to get into phase 1 area to have a look. But the entrance was blocked and the sales officer said cant go in for this moment until after i get my house key.. How come u guys can get inside?

For phase 1, found the atv point is besides staircase's wall, a bit far from living area. Pengsan. DUnno why they put it at that location. Anyone would like to share hw they renovate their living area n kitchen?
