I heard from my friends, phase 2 now is RM 618'800 (can get discount 5 % for non-bumi lot). After discount also need RM 587'860.

So Cheap.. Before discount you still can get RM 440'800? After discount 7 %, the House just RM 409k...
Wow.. So cheap??? got free MOT? i thought 22*80 need at least RM 545k and above??

u mean anggun or anggun2? anggun 400k++ till 500k++ when launched, now i think price sure increased already... anggun2 some more expensive.. more than 800k++ and almost sold out.....

Problem is mahsing dun have showroom/showunit for M-residence at the moment. Dun forget Mahsing plan to develop M-residence 2 and all unit are in semi-D and commercial center (Shop lots, bank and etc). I believe in future Rawang will become a township like puchong, kota kemuning ,setia alam.

Hope our decision is correct.

Yes, You are correct but dun forget the house design.. Aman Putri and M-Residence is totally different and M-Residence design is much pretty and Jusco just nearby only.

In term of facilities, M-residence provided club house and etc. By New highway(LATAR), M-residence to KL City just 15min without jam.
From M-residence (Rawang toll) to PJ <North-southen highway>can reach within 20 minute-30minute without jam.

The most important things is We believe Mahsing ... smile.gif
Mahsing try to built the township in rawang for future... wink.gif

I never been use the LATAR highway but heard from sales operator told me that... it just need 15 minute to KL.
It's advice to test it. for PJ, it's confirm within 20 min (without jam from rawang toll to subang toll)

If want use Latar to kl, u still need conect back with NKVE....

Latar will end at templer park, and from there it will take 30min to kl w/out jamm....

I think 15 min is from m residence to latar highway thru tasik putri (about 10km)which not yet construct....

You no noticed phase 2 near clubhouse and Phase 2 superlink house are bigger than phase3.

Phase 2
-----------
-> Every room with 1 toilet.
-> 2380 sf.
-> with balcony


Phase 3
-------------
-> Medium room (First floor), share toilet.

-> without balcony

No Matter how, I believe the time is not far for mahsing... Dun forget latar highbay just beside M-residence and Giant/Carefour will be open soon once M-residence finished.

I predict 2-3 years.. M-residence property will jump at least 20-30%... smile.gif
