But if phase 1 & phase 4 share a guard house... then there will be really jam early in the morning for those go for work & send children to school. I think mahsing shd build the guard house seperately n I dont think the guard house will cost much to them... just m2c

I heard IndahWater not approve bcoz built on top of their kumbahan pipe. But MS should know the rule as this is not their first project. I call this guard house is bullshit guard house, build bigger to attract sale, then demolish back to small size....somemore the entrance does not look exclusive as other project!!! |

I believe mahsing has not built the STP as the capacity requested by indah water. no worry in malaysia anything can "gao dim". |

I think ms is too much. If phase 1 to be vp on end if July. No sign if the guard house yet. Then, how would it be gated and guarded?
Then the security fees that ms paid for 1 year is for what?? May later the will built a manual guard house. ( |

Sewer line is laid underneath the road. As the guard house is at shoulder thus, I think the sewer line is not under the existing guard house |

Then we had sent out representative to launch our complain inclusive they used cheapskate material for phase 1 and 2 project to their Chief Operating Official.
