QUOTE(tboxmy @ May 12 2014, 04:50 PM) I'm just asking whether mresidence is a concept house type or not because a friend of mine bought somewhere else andhis area is a concept house type which cannot do any external renovation. According to him, the developer have the right to ask you to change back the house original design if it is a concept house type. |

i have also collected my key last saturday (Phase 2), there is quite a number of defects. My major concern is the drive way to my house is very steep and it almost touch the bottom of my car when i try to park my car. If all my family member was in the car, it 100% will scratch the bottom of the car when enter.
anyone in Phase 2 have this problem? no sure whether i can call this defect or not. please advice on this. |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Sep 5 2014, 04:49 PM) the problem is during heavy rain and you just come back from home, everyone need to come out from the car 1st before you can move your car into the porch. Otherwise, you are going to scratch the bottom of your car. |
