Went there last saturday to collect my copy of the s&p. finally be able to go in and see my own actual unit in phase 1. Even went inside the house through the unlocked back door.
Cant wait to get the keys. |

I whatsapp my sales guy a while back about the guard house.. he said the guard house needs to be rebuilt because it does not follow required specs.. thats the only comment i got with regards to that...
p/s: anybody already got their keys? my financier late release payment lor.. still cannot set date to collect key.. already paid all on my part i.e. miscellaneous and service charge advance of 6 months |
