Went there last saturday to collect my copy of the s&p. finally be able to go in and see my own actual unit in phase 1. Even went inside the house through the unlocked back door.
Cant wait to get the keys.

Really need to have the guard house (as well as the guards, of course, with routine patrol) as my house in phase 1 is facing phase 4 (under construction), thus having higher risk of breaking in and entering. Need to really sure it is safe before start moving in my things bit by bit.

True that. However, if no one monitors continuously, the culprit may leisurely take out all the individual units security systems in place. Both individual unit security and overall M Residence security work together here.

Good that you have posted the pics..

I am one of the last buyers for Phase 1 so I did not know any issue prior relating the guard house.
But seriously, it doesnt add up.. From my reading here, they've built a small one first.. after that, they extended it and made it bigger. Now they demolished it? And they say its due to Indah Water line running below? Just doesnt make sense..
Smell something fishy here..

I whatsapp my sales guy a while back about the guard house.. he said the guard house needs to be rebuilt because it does not follow required specs.. thats the only comment i got with regards to that...

p/s: anybody already got their keys? my financier late release payment lor.. still cannot set date to collect key.. already paid all on my part i.e. miscellaneous and service charge advance of 6 months
