When I passed by there. Saw some ppls and the shops there ad sustained for few months. But residence around getting more.

Is this area worth to hold? Got any potential? Please advise.

want to ask if the clubhouse fee is mandatory to be paid? If so, how much? And.. any updates on what's MS going to do with the empty land beside the clubhouse? What i have saw from another forum post 4 years ago is building condo or low cost apartment instead of the shoplots

And i saw canal garden in the master plan as well, how's its maintenance?
