Very disappointed with Mahsing. All services should be underground. But the tnb cable??? Make the whole development look cheap. I rather every unit paid few more thousand to make the tnb cable underground. Sheih

Now a day all the services run underground not overhead. And the tnb meter will be located at the gate not the entrance

Do your know how to calculate rpgt.
Case 1 Say Rm520k - Rm420k Snp price = rm100k. So rpgt Rm30k? Case 2 Or Rm520k - rm420k - bank interest 20k - bank penalty 8k - sub sale agent n lawyer fees 10k = rm 62k Rpgt rm 18.6k? If case 1 untung around 30k only If case 2 around 40k Any one can advise |

I think ms should pay according to Snp. As all of them have the share if the house. It might have dispute later it payment is make to 1 of them only

Phase 1 owner. Are we going to accept the house key without the guard house? As ms promise to have gated community.
And free 1 year maintenance fee should start after the guard and gate in? We must stand together on this matter |

I think ms is too much. If phase 1 to be vp on end if July. No sign if the guard house yet. Then, how would it be gated and guarded?
Then the security fees that ms paid for 1 year is for what?? May later the will built a manual guard house. ( |
