many "good deals" going around. friend picked up studio at hartamas for unbelievable price...way below bank valuation. before that she was looking at a few damansara perdana studios also way cheaper than listings and valuations. bad market lah  maybe alot of people offloading debt. last time dibs all sapu without calculating  This post has been edited by HarpArtist: Nov 15 2015, 02:56 PM |

Passed by YouVista just now. Construction reached top level, they are also painting d lower levels as well. The two large 'windows' on the facilities deck are very interesting. Anybody knows what will be house under them?
