So , what is the rest tower plan for ? for mall or office suite maybe , I will prefer could build some office suite instead of soho . too much soho surrounding like EKO cheras .

good things is quite worth on it for 45K , but they are provide the basic renovate only. disadvantage is the design style may suit to you, better take a 45K do your owns design idea as my tiny point.
