Good to know it is the interchange for Kajang-cheras , it will be another option way reach here. and I m believed the future value of Vista is growth easily. so far , quite conveniance already.

my unit is renovate package . if not take it can waive of 45'000 arounds immediately if above 70% loan , if 90% loan only waive after 2 years when struction complete

good things is quite worth on it for 45K , but they are provide the basic renovate only. disadvantage is the design style may suit to you, better take a 45K do your owns design idea as my tiny point.

b2 is bigger units in 1278sf , i like the big master rooms and bath rooms. can put a bathtub inside . only the A1 layout is good

it is great news if exchange make it on suntext, direct connect to MRT2 .. super !! on early plan it is figure out on Leisure mall . now become a good location in two MRT exchange station.
