anyone got pics of d progress of the MRT? btw, how will this mall compete with the many many new malls in cheras like ekocheras, velocity, mytown+ikea etc?

I think velocity+ikea side will do well..

Rental here keeps dropping. I believe the situation will get btr with MRT completion but incoming VP of youvista will flood d market again. Occupancy can pick up if developer bring in more retail shops/fnb.

the studio easy to rent?

I looked around this condo and noticed the entire area lacks commercials and boosters to prop values n demand. Mrt should help but i still bliv in condos near plenty of commercials.

friend who owns a unit here said 2 room hard to rent out but this size and above a bit better. overall only good thing is MRT here and not far from the heart of cheras. There are some demographic challenges here.

Even klgateway that's Extremely well connected to the LRT is suffering. Occupancy is falling by the day n is probably 30% occupied. Good luck thinking this mall will make it.
