I got to know from my bank agent - RHB, loan legal fee has to pay by us? Is this true? Anyone knows that any bank that can have the loan legal fee put into loan? I am taking 70% loan, but get 10% + 2 % discount. Do we need to pay full 10% or just 5% for 2nd 10% payment? |
