Did not manage to take any photo. Will do it on Wednesday.

1) Many minor defects during the handover. Mine unit has more then 15 defects on the list.
2) Car park lot, side parking, on all level from lot 22 - 29 is too small. No way for a sedan car to park easily. According to the management they will look into it. Don't see how they going to solve this problem.
3) For a high end condo, the sink they provide is really a sore eye.
4) Generally the interior is OK , nothing to shout about.

Things like leaking, door does not close nicely (except for the main front door, the rest of the doors are really cheap type), windows frame filling not done properly, balcony windows metal railing not polished, some windows still with paint mark on it, door handle not polished (rusty), small chip on the floor tiles, phone socket not installed etc.

Letter box not ready, most common facility like reading room are not ready.

Personally I think they rush for the VP.

collected the keys. wasnt really happy with the workmanship...

but even more disappointed with the location where they fix the phone and also powerbox!

and can anyone give me any idea how are you going to install your water heater and aircond piping from the indoor unit to outdoor unit? you cant hack and conceal the wall because of the way they build it (using concrete slab)....

i hv got 2 lists full of defects...

not happy at all

Okay, let's everyone push them hard to meet that high expectation of You Residence so that they can do a lot better for You Vista ....

my previous experience with other developer, i tried my best rationalise with PJD it's not my fault. let them see some technical issue behind it, any reasonable person would consider this. communicate with the person who can decide in account dept, meaning higher level.

a good company, with a good culture in customer services would listen.

Talking about the DIBS claim, we will not receive full amount we paid to the bank. Last time I paid almost 2k for three month interest, but the refund received only 1.3k. The reason by them is the DIBS scheme covers strictly only the progressive interests levied by the end-financier on the progressive release towards the Purchase Price of the Sale & Purchase Agreement during the construction period. sad.gif

Do u understand how they did the calculation? Can u share with us how they calculated roughly based on progressive loan disbursement as compared to actual interest imposed by the bank? I thought they will reimburse in full in the begining but subject the maximum capping of certain percentage from the total purchase price of the property....
