Not 5%. Should be 10% of selling price - ((2% * Amount after 8% discount) + 15000 (if dont want 3rd car park)).
Eg,
10% of selling price = 662000,
2% * Amount after 8% discount = 2% * 609040 = 12180.80
So, you should pay 662000 - (12180.80 + 15000) = 39019.20


If you take 1276 sqf unit, here is the summary:

1st 10% payment = 662000 - (66200 * 8%) = 13240
2nd 10% payment = see above
3rd 10% payment = 66200 (pay in 2014)

Not really... Gamuda and MMC are appointed by the government as the Project Delivery Partner for the MRT project. They are reputation company. We do hope they can manage and deliver it on time. Of course, if government wants to delay it, it will have many excuses.

I get the booklet last month from mrt info center. no issue date.
Actually i don't understand what decisions keep holding back? Stations and lines alr confirmed and alr started construction. I can understand schedule delay may be due to some technical / resources / environment / weather problems. Mind to share the story that contractor told?

Anyhow, a good project does not need whether near LRT/MRT. Just depends on how this You City can go well along the completion, but seems, at this location, most of the buyers gambling on the MRT as their main investment decision.

I also don't understand, but as a core and big government project, I think it is quite a normal of delay, probably used to it.

As far as I had understand from my contractor, he told that, too many contractors and sub contractors appointed and they need to work with each other to make it faster, but he said, a lot of approvals to starts the stage, then was ordered to held back, drag few days, change another decision which raised by other party, bla bla bla ... or probably costing issue to reduce the cost like LRT extension, land issue and much political things that I din ask further.

icic... just wish government realise that if this mega project delay, people will lose confidence to them and foreign investors will run away....

I read that the tunnelling for the 9km is only taking 1.5 years max to complete.

Oh, My section 16 MRT & this cheras area Concrane, Pasar Rakyat, Maluri, Taman Midah , Taman Segar is very good progress.

May i know 700psf is referring to which phase, size and type? I got mine at around 450psf after discount for You Residence's family type. If 700psf is true, then i guess i alr made paper profit.
