I recall last time did go to their sales gallery, when MRT construction was just started. Gila betul, all buyers chasing the sales advisor, once come to their turn, choose the unit then pay deposit. They keep promoting the duplex type when I went there.

Why now turn into like this ha?

It can just be a normal family or people who appreciate space. These 2k/3k sqft condos got a very different feel to your standard apartment design. There’s definitely a market for it. All these old MK condos are quite huge generally but perhaps quite inefficient with space usage. Is a 10 feet wide living room fundamentally different from a 20 feet wide one?

So block B is nearer to MRT walkbridge entrance (compared to block A). Either way, commuters must cross a lane which is used by vehicles. Perhaps this is a spot be used(mis-used) for pick-up/dropoff by permitted vehicles that pass thru. It saves an elevator usage. (Understand there's other proper place for dropoff/pick-up).

Not sure if it is due to camera, the walkbridge width looks not that wide.

Any current owners care to share what is the status of You3?
Maintenance going well? Commercial doing well?
