Yes.
Total bank loan - [ original selling price - all discount] = X. If X is positif thats mean you get cash back. Can check with PJD. This post has been edited by noorazimradzi: Nov 27 2014, 04:56 PM |

QUOTE(LTG @ Jan 3 2015, 11:23 PM) From previous comment, link bridge from the mall to you vista was removed due to safety reason. But, i like the new design of the mall, looks modern and exclusive. Yes, a bit dissapointed with this changes, hopefully the mall will attract well known anchor - at least aeon big or parkson. |

Googled Atria Mall, found this:-
"During the early 80's, The Atria was one of the most happening shopping places in the Klang Valley. French department store Printemps and Japanese supermarket chain Kimisawa opened there and attracted throes of people from near and far. There was also the infamous Piccadilly Disco upstairs with its popular 'afternoon tea' dances. During the nights, Fredo & The Flinstones performed while routine brawls break out on the floor. Eden Restaurant and Treffpunkt German pub were there too, on the surrounding shophouses. Then, the big recession of the mid 80's hit and many of the outlets disappeared before Malaysians could pronounce Printemps (correctly). Today, a more subdued Atria is still chugging along and playing a useful role serving the immediate neighbourhood. The middle portion has been joined and the two double-decked car parks are still sitting on both ends of the now longish mall. The food courts that flanked the middle, on both sides, are still there too. They appear run down when seen in comparision with Atria. She recently received a makeover and a new coat of paint. As she sits there reminiscing her glorious past, there are talks that Atria may be replaced with a high-rise building" |

What is the distance of Youvista to MRT station? Less or more than 500 meter?

300 meter really great factor to increase the value of property. You Residence looks a bit far, and the distance to MRT Station more than 500 meter. Rule of thumb to buy property from Ho Chin Soon Research is to buy property located less than 500 meter from train station.

Atria Mall... I heard about it before, in PJ and Damansara. But can we say the mall ratings is equal to Midvalley? Or less like Great Eastern Mall Jln Ampang?

Whatever it is, purchaser of Youcity (Youresidence and Youvista) surely satisfy with the current progress at site. Very progressive and looks on time, no delay.
