If like that, dont opt for cheapest forsake of little convenience, maybe rather top up RM 10-15k for unit with lower floor car parks?

most studios have car park at 7th floor.

you can look for bigger unit to avoid 7th floor.

Need advise on dibs claim. I pay monthly interest to bank around rm1k per month. But when claim back, pjd refund less than that. Anyone can share their experience? Thanks

That should be a normal practice among developers offering DIBS no? MRTA should be bear by the buyer.
