thought the merger is called off already?
anyway, atria might not be a good name/brand to use to attract prospect as the dj mall doesn't seems to be doing spectacularly well.

Yes Sir Kochin, the merger deal was called off but instead of promoting atria mall under the combined entity, PJD can always collaborate with OSK to develop the mall on JV basis I suppose...atria at DJ may not seem to be doing spectacularly well mainly due to its close proximity to other bigger malls like OU, The Curve, Paradigm Mall etc..but this area is an untested market within its vicinity for such a brand new mall and shopping experience plus residents/dwellers of You City could also provide a readily available market catchment for the mall to succeed...(haha biased opinion from a person who has vested interest in the development of the project) |

Any one have idea how much developer unit now?
I checked through, mostly RM900 for studio ( unfurnished) for rent market..
