Not from how the kids looked at me. I think the parents were telling them that if they don't eat their veges I'll be the one eating the kids.

How could they do that? LOLx.

Back to few years back, I remember my school boys love to have big meals there. May not be until your extent, but would somehow see the whole banana leaf filled with rice, veggies and of course curry. LOLx.

RM27 for lunch? Be their regular customer, they sure can recognise u and give u a discount next time. Found mamak stalls love to give discount to their regular customers by slaughter the newcomers.

The ladies say it too. The female attention I'm getting is crazy. And shy guys like me are pleased yet uncomfortable at the same time.

hi guys, just started lifting few weeks ago
one question here, to restart or not between reps of deadlift/barbell row. i know that it's better to restart between reps
the trainer at my gym, came up to me saying i was doing it wrong. that the deadlift/barbell row should be done without restarting, tried to explain to him the reason but he started telling all his cert and qualifications..

Do you mean on deadlift, you let the weight touch the ground first before continue the next rep? If yes, then thats the right way. A slight touch and pull it back up.
