I tricep dipped three 20kg plates, one 10lbs plate and one 5lbs plate together for 5 reps. I was hoping raynx, kapersky or jamis would be there to take a vid. Maybe next time.

That is some heavy weight! Respect! 83~85% of your BW? Damn, am I slacking on my training? I need to do dip 42kg just to be in the same weight ratio with you... I think it is doable, but still... darklight79 you are one strong big dude. I think you can do it heavier, lets show some real weighted dip now.

Looking forward to it. smile.gif

My pressing power is naturally strong compared to pulling power. Max bench for 5-6 is around 345lbs compared to bb rows which is only 280 plus for 6-7. Huge difference. And with my lower back injury I don't dare go too heavy with rows so most of my workouts consist of machines. Everyone's got advantages and disadvantages bro.

Before back injury 335 x8 x 4. There's an old vid of me squatting on my YouTube channel. Now it's mostly hacks and leg presses, extensions, etc.

I've learnt that squats become counter productive later in bodybuilding life. Makes your ass and hips bigger. Bob Chic doesn't recommend them in advanced stages. Dorian Yates doesn't do bb squats and neither does Wong Hong if i ain't mistaken.

oic... I gonna stop squatting for a while because everytime after squat the pain comes back..

Just leg press, extension and curl will do the job..

How long u've been lifting? earlier, i saw u mention that animal pak n orange triad is the best multivit.. I jz purchase animal pak recently so i guess is good...

smile.gif Very wise word. I meant to said it before, I'm impressed by the fact you are a doctor, having too little sleep, still working out, still having a great body everyone so admired (no homo)... and strong on top of that, seem still very much healthy. I cant do it if I am at your position, so keep on doing whatever you are doing. Respect!

Popped 2 discs 5 years ago deadlifting 505lbs. I did it twice, succeeded, my ego told me do it a third time and double pop! Then not too long ago, popped the same thing again, now recovering. Not fun. Now I deadlift light around 375-425 x 8-10 reps. I'm not going heavy anymore. Screw singles and triples.

Thanks but like I said, if i could do it, anybody else can. But then... I gotta thank my ex. LOL! Her breaking up with me gave me extra motivation!
But seriously I believe this phrase, you're born frail and weak, you die the same way, how you look like in between is entirely up to you.

Lol, btw, latest progress pics on abs up. But I seriously advice you guys, don't eat like me. I'm not mind f***ing people on purpose, I just keep getting cut without dieting. I posted the meals for fun.

You put a whole new definition to the word 'light'. Seriously. How the f*** is 4 plates per side light?
