just wanna ask u guys.ive been going to the gym for the past 5 months but only shows little changes to my body sad.gif is it necessary to take supplement and protein to shape body?

razorboy, mind sharing how you cook the chicken ? I see some yellow in the chicken. Do you mix it with egg.

Do you know the cost of the chicken per gram ?

Im comparing with whey to see which is cheaper

Ran out of beef mate. Only going to the market tomorrow Morning.

I'm not sure how much 50 breasts exactly costs me, I get them on a weekly basis, around 6 -7 packets each time. Amount of breasts in there varies from 6 - 8 per pack. Costs me around 120- 140 each time.

well, you cant have 7 shakes a day can u?

Just chop all everything, and marinate with a little bit of soy sauce(organic stuff, labelled amino acids) and some salt. And that's it.

Thanks guys. Much appreciated. I was pretty shattered seriously. Shed a few tears and shit like that. Like I said, 3 good years. She started changing when she took a part time cig job, I guess meeting new people, new night life and more money than she was used to. It happens. As of now, when I retrospect and analyze things, if i was still with her the way she is now, I would not be happy and I would drift sooner or later. I guess things happen for a reason, better I find out now than later.

hoxy: you're the luckiest among us. A happily married man. =) I'm aware women outnumber us, but how many good ones are out there? Maybe there are quite a few but at this moment I don't know if I want to take the chance. Subconsciously I might still be healing.

Yeah well, we bodybuilders have our own lives too right? I don't know about you guys but when I broke up, hitting the iron gave me some sort of focus. The anger, the sadness, etc. The iron never leaves you. I neglected to eat properly for a few days, maybe a week, then I was thinking f*** this, she wouldn't give a shit. But if I let go of my body, I would be the one who regrets. So bam! Back I went. And it's better than ever.

i read this http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/367750 and so the reason my muscle wont grow because i lift the same amount of weight at gym for every session.so should i gain the weight lifting weight less reps on it?

it might be one of the reasons, do u recover enough/having adequate sleep & eat enough ? think about it.

i would say that chicken breast of course cheaper than whey tho.. i always buy around 1.2kg of chicken breast only costing around rm9 to 11(varies if boneless and skinless) if im not wrong..300g of it per day for me ..90g protein xD other than that i just take egg whites..5 eggs 20g protein. 30 eggs for around rm10 . hope this could give u some info

i take whey only postworkout .. 1 scoop a day which contain 24g protein..if im on leg day and i feel that i need it,i will take it a nite..

egg whites 5-7 in the morning with 1-2 yolk.. xD

chicken breast cheapest among all !
i can get 9.5 aroudn 1 kg breast here from my nearest wetmarket
1kg breast contains around 250 gram protein !
