We discuss training techniques, supplement stacks and diet. We don't care who is big or small, anyone is ok to join. =P

Any of ya'll visit a chiro ? Ever? Thought of paying a visit to a good one, maybe once a month, just to make sure everything is in place. besides, my knees and back are aching a little.

yeap, chinese chiro and/or thai massages though. approx maybe once in 2 months or so, whenever im experiencing any pain to the joints. has been beneficial so far

Monday is International Chest Day.
Right?
I've been in a couple gyms for about 4 years and it is true that many an aspiring BB-er will make Monday a day of flyes, flat benching and other Chestiscular goodness.
But recently I've noticed something even more eye-popping. Something I've been guilty of as well but never to such an extent I have witnessed:
International Bicep 7-Days (this moniker can use some refinement but I'm knackered from all the rowing I did earlier). I've been seeing a myriad of Bicep exercises lately that would put T-Nation disciples to shame. Heck, I've seen some guys dedicating an entire training session to doing curls, curls and more curls.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to plan my own Biceps Day!

Added on August 8, 2011, 3:36 pmAnyways, any of ya'll front squat? My back is being a b!tch after the last day of legs on saturday, I've got back tomorrow. Thought of maybe trying front squats. Maybe alleviate a little bit of the pressure of my back for a week or 2.

I did.. Bt kinda erm... i cant explain because i cant really perform it properly.. Jz light weight will do... one piece each side is enuf for me..

The weights are irrelevant, the form is what's important. You include it in your regime nowadays? Or was it a one time thing?

My leg routine will be like 1. Lunges 2. back squat 3. leg press 4. leg extension/curl 5. front squat
