8 percent body fat base on digital scale ._.

They are telling the truth bro. I know it might hard to accept the fact, but gaining less than 10% bf is really really a pain in the arse and not easy.

I know pretty well how to judge bf%. You are not 8%. If it is so, your ab lines will be showing very clearly and your shoulders would be ripped.

i'll post up mine soon. help me judge it.

I used to have your kind of idea in my mind. Having the thought of having to increase bf while bulking used to scare me. But now I dont worry about bf so much anymore. Just have 1 goal at a time. If you wanna bulk, stick on bulking. Once you are big enough, then start cutting to get leaner and muscle tone. You cant bulk and cut at the same time.

Go away. Go post somewhere else. The mirror is always the better judge than a scale unless it's a dexa scan.

lol Chill guys i believe darklight has a good point if i had 8% body fat my body will shows ripped on stomach and shoulders. My friend who is skinny but work out alot has much lower bodyfat but muscles are more visible @@.
But is it normal when bulking to gain bf? Or do i eat the wrong food.

You can either clean bulk or dirty bulk, dirty bulk would probably increase your bf due to the excessive surplus of calories, around 600-800+ of calorie surplus might be consider as a dirty bulk, and base on your pic, i think your bf% is probably at the 14-16% range.

correct me if im wrong, but i thought that the only difference between a "dirty-bulk" and
a "clean-bulk" is the quality of food that is eaten and not the amount of calories consumed.

As far as i know, bulking or a bulking period simply means a period of time consuming a larger amount of calories more than maintanence level.
If your extra 500 calories above your maintenence level is from junk/fast food, then its a dirty bulk.
If its from a clean healthy gourmet (eg. lean grilled chicken/beef, veggies, healthy fats etc) then its a clean bulk.

my advice to McDbigMac, dont worry TOO much about the body fat percentage. What DL said is true, its harder to gain muscle at a BF % less than 10. Youre looking like youre around >14%. Concentrate on gaining as much muscle as possible with as little fat gain as possible. Dont worry if your BF% goes up 2-3%. but dont overdo it and let it go up 5-10%.

For what its worth, its easier to lose fats than gain muscle.
