so i phoned up + wrote in a complain at M2U.com. start to f* them in the phone.
ask them to reroute the package to office.
from 1st day sent in e-mail to apply until receive the Visa + Amex almost 4 weeks. bcos stuck at poslaju for almost 2 weeks and then reroute back to maybank & reroute back to office in s'pore.
they do not pay attention to application form details.

for rcubed redemption or TP redemption (in general), one CC will be needed to use ALL TP collected from Maybanks's CASA and CC together.

Eh, you also the same? Gosh, I thought I was the only one. My situation in summary:
1) Told them I wanted an AMEX+VISA, they gave me AMEX+Mastercard.
2) Told them to post to my office, they even called to my office to verify my address, yet they sent it to my hometown.
3) Called and scolded them. They said anybody can sign for me. Poslaju refused to allow my parents to sign on my behalf. I had to go back and collect from the collection counter.
4) Asked them to resend my VISA to office, repeated gazillion times that it must be sent to my office. All CS confirmed my office address, finally the last CS said it was already on its way to my hometown! Again!
5) Poslaju refused again and I have to go back this week to collect my VISA.

What kind of people they hire in the centre?!

I had no issue with my DA, I only told them once and they sent to my office without delay and flaw!

I came to know that for this M2Cards, we cannot opt to have AMEX + VISA + MASTER. Only AMEX+VISA or AMEX+MASTER, anyone can confirm this?

For those who are having the same problem with fruitie, I believe you guys fall into this situation I mentioned above, where you couldn't get a VISA but a MASTER.

you are definitely right DA no issue, direct courier to office. if not bcos of the 5% weekend cash rebate & lifetime fee waived, i would have not applied. as DA petrol rebate promo has ended. DA increased my CL 3 times within 2 years. stick with DA since year 2006.
i f* them in the phone and direct them what solutions were they providing. asked them immediately do it in their database. i realise they have communication breakdown between the CC dept. & parcel courier dept. they do not communicate. i decided to f* the cc dept. instruct them to communicate with parcel courier dept. and vice versa in the phone when realising they do not communicate. i phoned both dept. in order to make sure things happened as what i wanted. if not bcos the parcel stuck in poslaju center for around 2 weeks, i would have received my cc within 2 weeks instead of 4 weeks plus.

if u qualified for plat, then u can opt for AMEX + VISA plat then AMEX + MC gold.

but then, the max cashback is still RM50, not RM100, and u need to pay 2x GST, RM100.

wondering, why u need both visa and mc from mbb2? dont have benefits at all, except for contest

jz to check (this may have been asked many times) the cash rebate on weekends depending on the date we spend or posting date?

eg. we spend on sat but the transaction only appears on monday, then how?

It's called Maybankard2card what. Surely 2 cards only. For now, three cards appear on my M2U which I'll destroy the Mastercard later when I collect my VISA this weekend...

Erm, I got my VISA, it was a miscommunication within their internal.

I think DA also lifetime fee waived right? Yeah, I don't think I'll terminate my DA too.
I got this Maybankard 2 Gold because they called and offered me. Mana tau, the hassle and frustration I got... Nevertheless, the AMEX card is really wonderful la. It actually cools down my smoke every time I'm angry.

Currently own AMEX + VISA + MASTER, somemore another additional supp card=Amex+Visa.

Are you aware that GST of M2 supp cards is RM25 for each card? That means you're gonna pay RM50 for the pair of supp card as well.

I got incorrect rebate and I told CS regarding this discrepancy. The CS was on my side and she has raised a report to relevant department for action.

You might need mastercard when it comes to Mega sales somewhere in September. you're right on the contest part. See, in Malaysia Mastercard is a more popular card, compared to VISA. If we are able to get these 3 cards at a GST of RM50 only, then why not?

assuming my statement date is 15th of every month, how is the monthly period for cash rebate calculated?
eg:

15/04- 14/05

or

01/05-31/05

Does it follow statement date or start from 1st of every month?
So far, i only got the cash rebate on 30th last month.
Newbie here.... just got my cards about 2 weeks ago
