too bad petronas at jb not accept. terminal & counter also not accept.
so have switched to shell.

so far jusco, tesco accept at jb here.

indeed.
stated in my application form to courier to office but they courier to house.
so i phoned up + wrote in a complain at M2U.com. start to f* them in the phone.
ask them to reroute the package to office.
from 1st day sent in e-mail to apply until receive the Visa + Amex almost 4 weeks. bcos stuck at poslaju for almost 2 weeks and then reroute back to maybank & reroute back to office in s'pore.
they do not pay attention to application form details. mad.gif

I had no issue with my DA, I only told them once and they sent to my office without delay and flaw!

you are definitely right DA no issue, direct courier to office. if not bcos of the 5% weekend cash rebate & lifetime fee waived, i would have not applied. as DA petrol rebate promo has ended. DA increased my CL 3 times within 2 years. stick with DA since year 2006.
i f* them in the phone and direct them what solutions were they providing. asked them immediately do it in their database. i realise they have communication breakdown between the CC dept. & parcel courier dept. they do not communicate. i decided to f* the cc dept. instruct them to communicate with parcel courier dept. and vice versa in the phone when realising they do not communicate. i phoned both dept. in order to make sure things happened as what i wanted. if not bcos the parcel stuck in poslaju center for around 2 weeks, i would have received my cc within 2 weeks instead of 4 weeks plus.

just terminated my cimb da visa plat few weeks ago after get the mb2 visa+amex plat.
there is a unique logo on my cimb da master top right + the cl so great since 2006.

until today still not using my mb2 visa, just been charged the RM50 tax last week. Amex has swiped many times. indeed difficult to find outlets with accepting Amex especially at jb here. but back to klang valley, lots & conveniently.

CIMB DA charges on the first month bill, so I'm expecting the same thing on my M2GC but it seems like it hasn't been reflected on my first bill yet. biggrin.gif

DA only charged me after nearing 1 year of usage, at the 12th month.

MBB Visa approximately 2 months later though have never used it to date.

only using the Amex (MBB) + Master (DA).

F* with asking what solution are they providing. if the staff not able to decide, you propose to them, make them to commit. ask their name, posting, mark down the date & time you call, also lodge in written complaints at M2U.com.
at the same time, when F* in the phone also ask some questions to reveal actually what is happening at their side and your mind also start to analyze the situation and find the best solution for the cc to happen to deliver to your hands.
phoned many times without a proper way to investigate in the phone, things will still stuck at there.
learnt this many times already and never wasted my phone calls effort, to make sure things happened as what i want.
