Took 1week to appear in their database, then another 1 week to approve, and another 1 week to deliver card.

Treat point not combine together for principal & supp card? view in the reward point but supp user tp still not add in to principal..

TP collected on each cards is separated... but when you redeem, you can use the whole TP total for all cards.

u mean all TP points for all the maybank cc? juz combined all TP then u can redeem for watever item u wan rite?

Yes !!!! TP are evergreen... no rush to redeem them.

Any ways to know if i got any pre-approved card?
Did not update them on my savings acc new add and telephone number.

why waste time to check whether you have pre-approved card? furthermore, pre-approved card is not 100% guaranteed approval one. Someone here received invitation for pre-approved card but was rejected in the end.

If let say u at work in sg... will u continue use ur maybank amex during weekend... 5x TP and 5% rebate... which oversea transaction 0.5+2.5% by amex.

or

apply credit card there... which no need oversea transaction fees... cash rebate card offer around 0.5% rebate.

For me, i will try to avoid the foreign exchange and furthermore, I don't know if the 5% rebate is based on transaction date or posting date. Usually, there's 1 or 2 days of delay for posting date.

unless you are getting paid in RM, better to use a local card there so that your cost is fixed.

Most CS say different things (at least based on my experience. Some will say wait for 6 to 12 months while others will say we'll forward your request to processing unit). I did not have to wait for 6 months to request an upgrade. I fax an upgrade request to 03-79538640 (cover letter stating I wish to request to upgrade my card to platinum, copy of IC, copy of payslip (RM5K or more salary) and copy of bank statement where the salary is credited. After few days, I received the platinum cards.

jz fax and email my applicationts to all the emails concerned. hopefully can get it approved asap.

Tried called, operator said no telesales people is free.
So just faxed to them my application. Let's see how long it takes.

hi, is the plat card number same as gold card? what happen to the TP? and is the upgrade reflected in M2U, ie. the gold card is no longer listed? thanks

i see... i will be collecting my card at one of the mbb branch.. will bring all my supporting documents there and request for upgrade.. wait and see what they will say...
