Be honest lah...agree that this developer cannot compare with Mah Sing & Setia those big construction company. At less they suppose to deliver on time or overdue few days still acceptable. They cannot simply open the pop cheque to their house buyer abt when wan deliver. At the end delay and delay. B'cos some of us really the first time buyer or maybe we are only buy one time house in our life time and spend most of the saving to buy this property.

Hope this developer can speed up their process for deliver our property ..

unifi finally is coming!! the brochure says that they will be opening a booth in front of the guard house for registration of interest at 10am to 2pm this saturday and sunday.. they are here to see if the demand is sufficient for them to install the fibre optic.. lets go and hope they will install it veryy soon

today i went to putra impiana and looked at the notice project information board and saw the date of project expected to completed is on 31st August 2012. Hmmmm .. I wonder whether it can be done.

And also guys ... we are worried about the landscape around the housing area. I called Acmar and had mention about this concern as we are buying at quite expensive price and we expect good landscape around the area. Especially when it comes to the guard house. Need your help as well who ever is buying at phase 5 to voice out your concern about the landscape. If the landscape is good then it would be one of the best place. If not ..its not worth it paying over RM450K house where as other place we can get good surrounding landscape. Please guys voice out to Acmar holding.

Today i called back to office the staff said that first week of September can get the Key. Don't know true a not.

D'Rapport was launched in 2007 but until now it is still delayed despite many 'successful' re-launches.

I can only feel sorry for the buyers of Taman Putra Impiana. Consider yourself lucky if you manage to collect your keys despite the delay - others are not that lucky.

My advice to all potential buyers and realty negotiators: don't ever go near any projects carried out by that Group of companies. You will only have numerous heart sicks and disappointments every step of the way. No projects carried out by them were done well or on time. Just drive around BBK and you will know what I mean. Caveat Emptor!!

Currently I received vacant possession for the property of taman putra impiana phase 3a and there is a late interest charges up to 7k. Does anyone have this issue?? The property are ready to collect keys as well .

Went to phase 5 site yesterday. There is few unit complete the interior. Go to have a view... Felt changed a lot ...
